With an initial meeting at the job site, we get a feel for you, your desires for the space, and the possibilities for your Heimat. The surroundings and architecture really dictate the interior design.
CONCEPT DESIGN & SPACE PLANNING
Once we have an idea of the scope of the project, and a feel for you, the fun begins! We pull together inspiration images for the space, tease out common threads for the project, and begin to draw up furniture plan options.
THINGS GET REAL
This is where the concept becomes reality. We start nailing down specifics on floor plans, elevations, and details we would like to see in the construction. The process of selecting preliminary light fixtures, furniture, and custom pieces is initiated. We then look at options for fixtures, hardware, finishes, and start distinguishing which ones we love, while continuing to build on the direction set forth.
SPECIFICATION & PROCUREMENT
THINGS ARE REAL
With feedback from the Design Development phase, we document details for each item to begin the purchasing phase. For custom items, we start the fabrication process, and work closely with our vendors to ensure perfect execution.
WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS
To maximize for efficiency, we like to consolidate the installation process. Our team comes in with all the furniture, accessories, and art that completes the design! This is where the space is put together with love, develops a soul, and becomes a true HEIMAT.
